What paper do you use?

We use a range of archival fine art papers, selected based on the needs of each reproduction. Most of our papers are from the Hahnemühle Digital FineArt Collection

Do you print in-house?

Yes. All printing is done in-house using Canon and Epson professional fine-art printers.

Do you sell unframed prints?

We only offer framed artwork. Prints-only are not available at this time.

We use rigid cardboard mailers, protective wrapping, and kraft cushioning to ensure the artwork arrives safely.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide.

Do you accept returns for reasons other than damage?

No — due to the custom nature of our work, we only accept returns for items that arrive damaged.

How soon should customers contact you if their order is damaged?

Please contact us as soon as possible. We understand life can get busy, so within 5 days is perfectly fine.

Do customers receive tracking automatically?

Not yet. We send a separate email with your tracking details once the order ships.

Do you offer custom sizes for prints and frames?

Yes. Custom orders are welcome, but please note that production times will be longer.
